Return & Refund Policy

At Babycloud, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from our website.


Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, baby feeding and teething products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless defective

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider

If your refund has not appeared after this period, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos of the issue.

If confirmed, Babycloud will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any related shipping costs.


Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Exchanges are limited to the same product.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For returns over USD 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance


Third-Party Purchases

Items purchased from third-party retailers must be returned according to that retailer’s return policy.
